Privacy
Your information is used to assess and respond to your rental request.
We process your name, email, phone, requested model/class, rental dates, locations, driver age and licence history, passenger count and notes. Do not submit sensitive identity or payment data.
The request is stored on this server and emailed to info@oc.lv and a.grinhofs@gmail.com. The Gmail destination also uses Google's email infrastructure. No automatic marketing messages are sent.
Accepted request copies are kept until 90 days after the planned rental ends. Failed delivery records may be retained for troubleshooting. Email correspondence and rental contracts have separate retention rules.
A necessary secure session cookie protects the form for two hours. There are no advertising or analytics cookies. An IP hash is kept for one hour to limit abusive submissions; server logs support operation and security.
For access, corrections, deletion or questions about your data, contact info@oc.lv and include the request reference. Identity verification may be needed before disclosure. The operator's legal details and contract terms are agreed before rental confirmation.
